1. Can you tell us a little about your shop or service and what inspired you to start it/join the team?
We want to provide a unique and different experience for our customers—offering fresh, high-quality, and sometimes untraditional fruits and vegetables. The idea is to give people in the area a new experience that they can’t get from nearby stores. Unlike typical supermarkets, we focus on providing a farmers market-like atmosphere, where customers can shop a wide variety of products and experience something different. We’re all about making customers happy, and we don’t want to be the same as everyone else. Our goal is to offer specialty items and a different vibe.
2. What’s in season or really popular right now with shoppers?
With winter coming, apples, melons, and flowers are in season. We’re definitely seasonal-based, so we always make sure our offerings align with what’s fresh and available.
3. What’s your favourite thing in-store at the moment?
We’ve recently started carrying specialty sweets from independent producers, like Turkish delights, rocky road, and banana bread. These unique items are a real treat for customers and a nice addition to our store!
4. What products or services do you offer, and what makes them unique?
We offer a wide range of products sourced from different suppliers, giving us the opportunity to provide something new and different for customers. An example is our selection of organic and fresh farmed chicken. This is not something you can normally find at major shops.
5. So, do you think your shop or service helps make customers’ lives easier? If so, tell us how:
Yes, we help make customers' lives easier by offering them a different shopping experience. Instead of going to a typical supermarket, they can find specialty items, fresh produce, and a variety of goods all in one place. Saving them time while also providing a fun, unique experience.
